e-Spain offers real-world work experience and the chance to discover a new cuisine and culture and to strengthen your culinary skills and your resume.
Who is e-Spain?
We are culinary professionals who have been designing and developing hospitality programs in Spain for the last 15 years. We believe students are an important part of the future of this exciting industry and we want to provide you with unique experiences and learning opportunities through internships at Michelin Star restaurants, Tapas Bars, or Pastry Kitchens.

Spain is a country full of history and diversity that makes it unique with a variety of influences. It is a destination to learn about techniques and flavors, using the freshest ingredients and much more!
You will invest your time learning from the best chefs who are willing to share their skills and knowledge while you have a unique culinary and cultural immersion in a safe and welcoming country.
Intern at some of the most exciting restaurants all over Spain.
We will help you select a 3 to 9 month internship. We provide optional Spanish classes to improve your language skills. You will immerse yourself in Spanish culture and cuisine while learning from the most talented chefs.
We feel providing premier kitchen experience is the best way to develop your talent. We give you opportunities to learn from renowned chefs so you can gain confidence in your culinary skills while enhancing your creativity.

What’s Included
- Pre-departure documentation and visa assistance.
- Official translation of visa documents required by Spanish government.
- Transportation tickets from Madrid airport to the placement.
- Transportation tickets between placements, if more than one.
- Placement at a top Spanish restaurant that will fit your culinary interests.
- Supervision during the length of the program.
- Housing, meals during the workday. Housing options vary depending on the restaurant placement.
- Health and accident insurance during the program.
- Legal paperwork assistance upon your arrival.
- Personalized e-Spain chef jackets: 2 to 3 depending on length of internship.
- Final program completion diploma.
We accept applications throughout the year. If you plan on doing an internship for more than 3 months, you must apply at least three months in advance of your desired start date in order to promptly start your visa process.

- If you decide this opportunity is for you, we will send you instructions to apply for your Visa and final application form.
- Chefs speak Spanish with a little understanding of English.
- English is the common language for all our interns.
