Spending the summer to work on some new chocolate pairings.
Besides pairing chocolates with wine, I have also been working on Bourbon pairings. For example, the Aromatically infused pipe tobacco with Tonka caramel pairs well with red wine, but pairs deliciously with a good Bourbon. Also in the works will be chocolates for Mezcal pairings and Amaro pairings. Why? Because it’s fun! Stay tuned…

Spring Barrel Tasting – Yakima Valley April 26th – 28th
Spring is in the air, so come on out and try the best Yakima Valley wineries have to offer! We’ll have chocolates available at Pontin del Roza in Prosser and Cultura Wine in Zillah. Besides tasting amazing wines, being in beautiful wine country, there will be chocolates! Cabernet Caramel, Hazelnut Speculaa, Tequila Lime, Mango Cayenne, Salted Caramels, Popcorn, and Blueberry Champagne and more!
